The note

One note a month. From a person.

What arrived in the garage, what left, and one thing your concierge noticed. No offers, no “deals”. Unsubscribe by replying “stop”.

About the Journal

Plainly put.

The answers we give on the phone, written down. Anything else, ask your concierge and you will hear back within the hour.

Ask your concierge
Who writes the Journal?

The house. Pieces are written by the concierges and drivers who do the work, edited for clarity and nothing else. There are no sponsored posts, no press releases and no guest writers. If a piece names a car, it is a car we have delivered.

Are clients ever named or photographed?

No. Clients are not named, quoted by name or photographed, here or anywhere else. Where a story involves a client, the details are changed enough that nobody could recognise them, and the client has agreed to the piece.

How often is something published?

Roughly once a month, when there is something worth saying: a route, a preparation ritual, a change to how we work. The monthly note goes out by text or email to anyone who asks, and stops the moment you reply “stop”.

Can I ask for a piece on something?

Yes. Ask your concierge. The most useful pieces have come from clients asking how something is done: how a Teterboro departure is timed, what is kept on file, why the plate is on the confirmation.

Will I get the exact car I booked?

Yes. The car on the page is the car that arrives: same year, colour, interior and plate. We do not substitute and we do not send “comparable”. If it genuinely cannot come, a person calls you while you can still choose, never at the door.

Is the service discreet?

Yes. Our cars carry no decals or livery, arrangements are unlisted, and we never photograph or post a handover. Deliveries can go to a side entrance, a private garage or a hangar if you prefer, and your concierge is the only person who knows the details.
