The terms that govern every ZOOOMR booking, written to be read.
The quote
Every booking is quoted as a single, all-inclusive figure covering the car, delivery, collection and standard mileage. Nothing is added at the door. A chauffeur, additional mileage or a second driver are quoted when requested.
Confirmation
A booking is confirmed when your concierge confirms it in writing. Confirmation is personal, within the hour, and never automated. It names the car by year, color and plate number, and that car, not a substitute, is the subject of the booking.
Substitution
We don’t substitute. Should the named car become unavailable before delivery, you’re told before you commit further and may wait, cancel in full or accept an upgrade at our expense.
Use of the car
The named driver only, on public roads, in the manner the car was designed for. Smoking, track use and commercial carriage aren’t permitted.
Damage & incidents
You’re responsible for damage during your booking up to your deposit, unless covered by your insurance or a coverage plan. Tell your concierge at once; we handle the rest.
Availability
Vehicles are subject to availability. Should a car become unavailable, an equal or better car is provided at the same rate, or the booking is cancelled with a full refund.
Governing law
The laws of the State of New York, or of Florida for bookings made in Miami.
