Your addresses, hours and preferences are kept for one purpose: so that you aren’t asked twice. This is how they’re held.
What we keep
Your name, contact details, license and insurance particulars, the addresses you deliver to and the preferences you tell us: seat, climate, music, routes, drivers.
Why we keep it
To arrange, deliver and collect your car, to confirm insurance, and to remember how you like things. Nothing is used for marketing and nothing is sold.
Who sees it
Your concierge, and the driver or handler assigned to your booking, for that booking only. Every driver and member of staff signs a NDA.
Aliases
Bookings can sit under your concierge’s name or an alias of your choosing. Invoices are plain.
Photographs
We don’t photograph clients and we don’t publish photographs of client bookings. Fleet photography is of the cars alone.
Removal
Ask your concierge and your file is removed within seven days, save what the law requires us to hold.
