What your concierge keeps on file, and why you never repeat yourself.

Seat position, cabin temperature, the station you listen to, the road you prefer to the Hamptons. Small things, kept so they are never asked again.

The second time you book with us, you should not have to explain anything. Not the address, not the side entrance, not that you like the seat low and the cabin at 68. That is the whole job of a file.

What goes in it

  • Your addresses, and how each one is approached: the porte-cochère, the service entrance, the garage that needs a code.
  • Your hours. When you are reachable, when you are not, and who speaks for you when you are not.
  • How you take the car: seat, mirrors, climate, the station or the silence.
  • Your drivers. The ones you liked. The one you didn’t.
  • The routes you prefer, and the ones you refuse: the LIE at four on a Friday, for instance.

What doesn’t

Nothing for marketing. Nothing that is sold, shared or shown to a third party. Your file lives with your concierge and the people who deliver your car, and it is removed within seven days when you say so. That is written into the privacy terms because it should be.

You told us once. That is the last time you should have to.

The car pulls up warmed to your setting, on the side of the street you asked for, with the driver you asked for. Nobody had to ask. That is what the file is for.
