There is a practice in this industry, and it is disgraceful. A company lists a fleet of fifty exotics, you book a black Range Rover for the weekend, and a white one shows up. Everyone pretends you didn’t book a black one, and now you feel awful. Taken advantage of. Nobody can fix it, and your weekend is ruined.
Or they hand you something “comparable”. For someone who coordinated a look, or a chief executive who booked the SUV because it seats seven and the Aventador does not, comparable isn’t comparable.
So we book the plate
At ZOOOMR you don’t book a category. You book a car: this year, this color, this plate. Your confirmation names it in writing before you commit, and it is signed by the person who picks up when you call that night.
- If the car you booked can’t come, a person calls you while you can still choose: wait, cancel in full, or take an upgrade on us.
- Nobody hands you “or similar” and pretends it’s what you booked.
- If it ever happens, the booking is free and your concierge answers to you personally.
The small details matter. Your feelings matter. That’s how we work.
