How far ahead should I book in Miami?
Art Basel, the Grand Prix, Ultra and the winter holidays book out weeks ahead. Otherwise a day or two is usually enough, and your concierge will tell you plainly if it is not rather than promising and substituting.
Will I get the exact car I booked?
Yes. The car on the page is the car that arrives: same year, colour, interior and plate. We do not substitute and we do not send “comparable”. If it genuinely cannot come, a person calls you while you can still choose, never at the door.
Can I have a driver in Miami?
Yes. Any car can be delivered with one of our drivers, chosen and briefed for you, by the evening, the day or the week. You can also drive yourself out and be driven back; say so and it is arranged.
What do I need to rent a car in Miami?
Once: a valid driver’s licence (25 and over for exotics, 21 for standard cars), proof of full-coverage insurance in your name and a card matching the licence. It is kept on file so you are never asked twice, and a refundable deposit is held on the card.
Is the service discreet?
Yes. Our cars carry no decals or livery, arrangements are unlisted, and we never photograph or post a handover. Deliveries can go to a side entrance, a private garage or a hangar if you prefer, and your concierge is the only person who knows the details.
