Making The World A Little Worse Place
Another shopkeeper who thinks he owns the sidewalks. This guy actually pushed my camera as I was taking photos of the neon sign in the window. Blogged it here.

Why do these people think they have the right to push you or your equipment? I just don't get it. Sorry you were hassled.

I really don't understand. It's not like there's something secret... it was a crappy little liquor store. Oh well. I got a neon shot, and I got a shot of a lovely gentleman that I would not have otherwise. :-)

You should drop off a moo card with this link so you can show him what an ass he looks like online. I can't believe he actually pushed. Whatathug.

LOL what a great idea! Although I suspect he would not know what to do with a hyperlink. Or a card, for that matter.

you should actually go back and give him a card! LOL

Good for you.
I love his expression - looks like he ate something that disagreed with him - perhaps his own food?

This has taught me a lesson, especially Thomas's blog post, really sorry this happened to you but glad you stood up for your right to shoot!

He, he! I love it when the photo turns out. Great capture of his lame attitude.

Additionally, I had my own intuition and I confirmed it with a 32 year law enforcement veteran...

Jeremy, the man who touched your camera committed a battery against you. This crime is an arrestable offense. You should have this crime enforced. This man should not be permitted to go on without being held accountable for his actions.

Zmail me if you need any advice or direction.

Yeah, I know that's assault, but what am I going to do? It's my word against his, and it really isn't worth the hassle. If he would have continued being physical with me, I would have called the police. But at this point, it's done with.
