Comparable isn’t comparable.
You reserve a black Range Rover for the weekend and a white one arrives, or a “comparable” car, and everyone behaves as though you never asked. We find it disgraceful. Here you reserve a car: this year, this color, this plate. That’s the car that arrives.
By plate, not by class
Every car carries its own number; your confirmation names it, and the card at the door matches.
Before you commit, never at the door
If the car can’t come, a person tells you while you can still choose: wait, cancel in full, or an upgrade at our expense.
Should we ever fail you, you don’t pay
No “or similar” is ever handed over as though it were yours. If it happens, the booking is free.
