What we ask, once.
Three things, kept on file so that you’re never asked twice. Everything else is arranged by your concierge.
A valid license
Minimum age 25 for exotics and ultra-luxury cars, 21 for luxury sedans and SUVs. International licenses are accepted with a passport.
Comprehensive insurance
Proof of full-coverage insurance in your name that extends to rented vehicles. Where it doesn’t, a coverage plan is quoted with your booking. American Express Premium Car Rental Protection is accepted.
A card in the same name
Held for a refundable security deposit: $2,500 for luxury cars, $5,000 for exotics. Released within five business days of collection.
Mileage
A generous daily allowance agreed in advance. Longer drives (the Hamptons, the Hudson Valley, New York to Miami) are simply quoted.
Cancellation
Complimentary up to 72 hours before delivery. Inside 72 hours, one day’s rate. Weather and flight delays are handled with common sense.
Delivery & collection
Included within each city. The car is collected from wherever you leave it; simply tell your concierge where.
