It depends on how you do it. I have made a couple of batches of cherry ale, using crushed fruit and the juice from the fruit. The sugars feed the yeast, and just a subtle cherry flavor remains. It's much better than expected.

But yeah I'm a fan of cherry brews my favorite being Unibrou's Quelque Chose. But this cherry is a pretty close second.

I liked these because even though they are all really sweet, they finish very clean.
