IMG_3846 These building intrege me. Everything down on the river bank seems to be owned by Rochester Gas and Electric (RG&E). Everything else down on the river is also abandoned and decaying. Except these buildings, which are maintained and possibly even in use. On this same photowalk I found an access road that seems to lead down to all this stuff, and the sign on it, said something about RG&E Labs. I may have to do some further investigation.
