IMG_1177 I wonder what this door was for? Sure sure it looks like it's an old warehouse and they used to take things off of barges or boats, but... what you don't' realize is this building is located on the Genesee river between two sets of falls... so it seems unlikely that any boats got to the building. Geotagged

Huh. I hope there used to be a balcony there. Or maybe it's like the Winchester House in California, with stairs leading nowhere, a window in the floor, etc. :)

The only thing I can think of, is maybe it was an ice warehouse... I know they used to cut ice out of the river in the winter.
