IMG_7257 I belive this to be a wild turkey. I was not out in the wilds of Western NY when I took this picture. I took this from my car, parked behind the local Rite Aid Pharmacy on the corner of Ridge and Hard Roads in Webster. Now we are not a city, but we aren't exactly a farm or rural community either. There is only a small amount of wild land behind this pharmacy before we have tracks of houses. I guess it's not that uncommon these days and more and more wild areas are being developed, but man, I never thought I'd see this sort of wild animal wandering the strip malls.
