:) no actually it's not a car at all. It's the back side of a "whisper dish" which is a giant satellite dish looking thing. You put two of them a hundred feet apart, and when you whisper into the center of one dish, you can be heard at the center of the other as if you were right there. This is part of an outdoor display of science at the Rochester Museum and Science Center.
