IMG_1079 This is a close up of the inside of a rare Curtis-Wright Turbojet engine. They had a cutaway at the Glenn Curtiss museum. I think the metal tabs are part of the air cooling system. Air would pass through them wicking away heat. I used a color-monochrome filter add some dimension to an all grey image. IMG_5789 My daughter, that is. I was going to make this into a nice soft, silky black and white image, but she sat down next to me and said, no. It needs to be like this. Using the X-Ray image filter. Since she has been on a roll recently (the last few images she helped with made it to Fav20 or more) I decided to go with it. What do you think? Too much? Or is the Bobbin right again?
