I've finally given in and accepted the calling to film. This weekend, I'll be embarking on a photo trip with my roommate and photo teacher Jeff to shoot a couple different types of film stock, including the Ektrachrome 100 pictured above, on his Canon Elan 7 SLR. Luckily, his Elan is fully compatible with all the lenses and gear I've picked up for my Canon 30D, so I'm planning to practice on the scene with my 30D and switch over to the Elan when I've got the hang of the shot so I won't eat up all the film too quickly. ;-)
