Just testing out the macro ability of my latest lens. A Tamron 28-75 f/2.8 XR Di LD. I must say so far it is living up to it's hype. This lens fits any mount, so if you are thinking of getting into some better glass check it out. This bee seems to be having a good time immersed in a tiny lavender flower.

Jim said it would be interesting to see Brittney in the same dress over the time she has had it. I knew I had a photo lying around somewhere where she was wearing it back then and here it is. The kids had been playing with camouflage cream. The quality of the old shot is pretty ordinary. Taken with my very old Sony P&S. Funny enough Britt looks like she has hardly grown in the 2 odd years. She has though :)
