yeah, I didn't have my tripod with me Raoul and just had a few minutes to shoot hand held. I'll have to bring my tripod next time.

Tom, you won't believe me, but I spent several hours looking for this photo. I got my 5D plus the 24mm lens last night, and went around our neighborhood to take photos. I realized something: I was full of it when I called you out on shooting this photo handheld. That's why I deleted my original two comments. They're gone, because I didn't know what I was talking about.

I had to try it out for myself to believe it, but the 24mm lens at maximum aperture is a joy to use. My gosh, it collects so much light! Who cares about a little distortion or blurring at the edges when you can get handheld photos like these or the ones I got at times when you can barely see your way around? I sure don't, not any more.
