This photo was taken in a courtyard down in Greenwich Village in New York City. I took this photograph after some guy told me that photography was not allowed in this courtyard. He seemed kind of pissed that I kept on shooting. I think this complex was housing for NYU. While Smoothdude was busy distracting him (he tried to tell our entire photowalking group that we couldn't take pictures) I went further into the courtyard and got a bunch more shots and a great forbidden shot of a squirrel.
