If you go to the 27th floor of the Hilton Hotel in Chinatown and go to the outside stairwell you can get this great view. There's a small slit through a fence that you can shoot this through. There is a pool on the top of this hotel that you can see if you check out the tagmap in close up satellite view. The pool is closed and there is no easy way to get to the roof. One of the bellmen there told me that they want to open the pool back up again at some point. But it will probably need to be enclosed and may be part of a night club type thing. He said it is super windy and cold on the roof and without being enclosed the pool just didn't work up there.
