5 Stars. Tommy's makes the best hamburgers in the world. I've never had a hamburger in my life that I love as much as a Tommy's double cheeseburger. It's mostly the chili, but the tomatoes, pickle's, onions are all perfect. The french fries are pretty damn good as well. Their hamburgers are very cheap. They are better than In 'N out. Willy's in Sacramento makes a Tommy's clone. It's not as good as the original but it's the closest thing I've tasted to Tommy's outside of the Los Angeles area. http://www.originaltommys.com/
