Has been vacant since the north part of downtown went to crap in the 1980s. Unfortunately no plans by the city commission to ever do anything to it. This photo contains Notes and/or Portals. I hope no one is trying to have it torn down. Dialogue Sean Davis 12 months ago: Never been in, it looks kinda scary. I don't think there is any plan to demolish it.
