センセは食べ物のブログを持っているのですが、この中で土曜日に撮った画像のいくつかは生徒と一緒の食事の時に撮影されてます。だんだんめんとか、深大寺蕎麦とか、ランチ天国とか。。。私、目撃してるんですよ、どうやって撮ってるか。
センセの写真は言葉を超えた美しさが強烈で、集まってくる生徒も当然美に関して一言あるひとばかりですが、実際数ヶ月教わって私は料理写真の凄さにすっかり参ってしまいました。なぜ熱々の料理を当然アツアツに見えるように撮れるのか、お刺身をシャキッと新鮮に写せるのか。。。
センセの言葉を借りれば、つまりは「光を感じる」ことだそうです。
センセには、ハイアマチュアとプロの違いをたくさん教わりました。そして仲間と私の修行はまだまだ続くのです。乞うご期待！
