Fiesta of Our Lady of the Pillar Parish. Las Pinas, Philippines.
The young girl is carrying the Sto. Nino, or the young Jesus Christ, while dancing.
It's amusing to note though that while their dance is of the traditional tribal type, it is against a song released recently.
