Eliogabalo (Heliogabalus) is an opera by the Italian composer Francesco Cavalli based on the life of the Roman emperor Heliogabalus. The red dress in the far left is designed to look wet or drenched. While the King's robe on the right is made out of a paper material to reduce material cost.
