This is a pic showing the lounge. It's not overly big but it should be alright.

This is the detail showing what tiles would be in the bathroom. Notice the black mosaic tiles that will go around the room.

The view from outside. On the ground floor where the small crane is, will be some parking. There is 6 spaces here. The rest are round the back.

Another view from outside. This is literally the extent of the development. The top floor is all 'Part Rent / Part Buy'. And obviously, the beautiful H in the lower right hand corner modeling a bag! :)

A Blurred shot of one half of the kitchen. This show home was a lower spec than the one we'd have if we're successful so ignore the faucets. Also the white tiles around the worktop will be replaced with splashbacks etc. Also the water heater would be boxed in... thankfully!

This is the second half of the kitchen. The gap between the two would be where the cooker, hob & extractor fan go. as you can see, plenty of cupboard space... and the fridge goes in the middle.

A view of the doorway from the bedroom. It was a ground floor flat we viewed, and the entrance was through the 'patio doors' in the lounge, but according to the plans, all the other flats have entrance doors from the hallway.
Also note the proper radiator :D

A notice on the window sill saying that the doors would be wood veneers as opposed to the bland looking cheap doors there already.

A Nice shot of the carpet & skirting.
As H said though, we'd have to supply the carpets.

The bathroom. Ignore the faucets as the flats we're concerned with have a higher spec.
The tiling would also be changed. There is another picture showing the detail of the higher spec bathrooms.
