This guy have been taking care of my haircut for like 12 years. I tried several times to find someone else to do his job, but no one does it better. No one knows how to keep a customer like this guy. He got a mobile phone back in 1998 or 1999 and used it to get in contact with his customers and send them SMS when he wants to broadcast a message. Keeps a neat contact list of each customer and sends greetings in their time. He even relocated once, he made sure to call and tell me about it. About 6 or 7 years ago he was forced to close down his business for 2 months, after trouble with the taxes or something like that I can't remember. He announced it by SMS and went to people to their homes. He can speak some broken english and claims that he can speak greek. Used to work in Greece and South Africa for some time before deciding that Egyptians are in need of his skill. Probably, he just wanted to be close to his family and relatives. But he makes sure that each new customer knows that he used to work in those two countries.
