She could have been thinking "wow, marusann-san will sell this to a big magazine and I will be rich" and then the next day she saw it on zooomr with a creative commons license
Thank you for advice, Jays0n. I think my photo to be no business level. However, only person photo set the license because it apologized to them if misused.
