My dad likes to take some friends up to the Kenai Peninsula area of Alaska for the anual Sockeye Salmon run for fishing.
While the fishing wasn't too good this trip, we had a good time. I was able to catch the biggest fish I've ever caught (a 32lb King Salmon - pictured) and generally enjoy the slendor that is the last frontier. :)
