The traffic on Queen Street on the morning of the 4th of July was mostly trucks and lorries. They were protesting a hike in the cost of diesel.

It's fairly unusual to see public displays of religion in New Zealand, but for some reason on Anzac Day it seems like a nation-wide church service.

The flag on the right is from the navy and the one on the left is of the RNZ Air Force. The middle one is the standard blue ensign, which is flown by the army.
