A New Zealand adult industry 'mogul' organises this event and is quite popular every year. This year the local mayor attempted to prevent it being run but was unsuccessful. The organiser of the 'Boobs on Bikes' parade is a pornographer among other things. This photograph © & (M) "Lctrc-Gtr-Dde" 2008 Policemen told the crowds to stick to the pavement (sidewalk for you yanks out there) and I didn't see any incidents of any kind myself, involving either the protesters or the bare breasted ladies that followed. I understand though that there were a few 'drunken jeers' directed at the protesters, and also drinks containers, which I find sad and embarrassing. If you like my photography, please give me cred!
