It's a landmark. There's a banner under it advertising for developers. It'll be sad to see yet another Star-Wal-Jamba-Mega-Plex-Mart along the freeway there. Maybe they'll at least keep the sign in place....
once when i was on a roadtrip to california from seattle, i actually took the exit looking for the *milk farm*. little did i know it was just a sign. ;-)
