I spent about an hour setting up the lighting and getting the adjustments correct, then decided it had to be at f/45 with a deep green filter. This, coupled with a bellows extension factor and film reciprocity, required an exposure of 30 minutes! Crap! I had to make sure nothing in my house moved. My poor kids get annoyed when I decide to do macro in the house because they get the stink eye when they walk through the room and bounce my subject around. 30 minutes! Dialogue Incoherent Fool 6 months, 2 weeks ago: I had to account for the aperture, the filter, bellows extension and reciprocity. Things add up, and since exposure is based on a logarithmic scale, things really add up. Ben Dan 6 months, 2 weeks ago: Yes.. I suppose so... but that's still a LONG exposure.
