No, this was taken at Kungliga Myntet, a small block just beyond the City Hall. If you go west and follow the large street next to the City Hall for approx 300 meters, you'll come to a nice portal on your left. The photo was taken in yard inside it. The buildings are from approx 1800 and they were used to manufacture coins as late as in 1973. It's designated as a part of our national culture heritage. (But I visited it for a whiskey tasting). I'll adapt what I wrote to Jonathan and send it to you as well (might take a day or two though).
