this is a Taiwanese delicacy. it's usually bought at stalls like these.
however as you can see in the photo in the link i gave, it's kind of hard to distinguish what's what from all the other meat in there.
chicken's butt is also a delicacy but i can't find the photo i took of it before right now. i'll upload it when i do. it's probably stashed away as IMG66666.JPG somewhere in my computer. then there's also pig's heart soup, and people also eat rooster's crowns here, and lots of other exciting things.
