From the Biological Recording In Scotland Group email re this picture
"Early bumblebee (Bombus pratorum), "early" because it flies early in the morning as well as early in the year. It is a rather small bumblebee and frequently comes into gardens. BRISC has for a number of years been campaigning for bumblebees to enjoy a higher profile, and if you check out our website at www.brisc.org.uk and click on 'Projects' and 'Bumblebees', then in the text you will find a link to a series of illustrations and photographs of the different kinds of bumblebee we have in Scotland. Taken at Picnic at the Parliament the event to celebrate the opening of the 3rd Session of the Scottish Parliament. This performance artist was wowing kids with her juggling of crystal balls. Unfortunately only got one shot of her hands and the background was marred by a can of Tennants sticking out of the back of the ball. Using cloning and smudge tools in PS3 I discovered this smoke effect. If you can zoom in on the ball yu will see reflections of the crowd minus the photographer
