Did he finish the new side though? If not, you should finish it yourself. It would be a great project for you to learn how to use tools and build things. Henri is a carpenter right, so he could definitely also help you. I would close off the door to the rest of the house and build a separate stairway entrance to the side of the house. Then rent the whole thing out and keep to money for yourself!! Ching, Ching… I checked a couple Estonian real estate websites and rent is pretty high in Estonia these days. That's what I would do anyways:)

You are correct. It's not finished. And that is probably what must be done someday in the future. It's hard to find somebody willing to pay rent for the whole thing though.
