Passionate Peony
Bunches of these were growing this spring at a local cemetery. And I know I knew what they were when I took the shot, but now my brain isn't focusing and I completely forgot what they are called. They are like big beautiful roses!

They look to me like tulips - I'm not sure of the exact type - but I'll find out. I took pics of a lot of these this spring. Not this color though - these are gorgeous!

Ok - they are Double Late Tulips AKA Peony Tulips. This particular color is called Lilac Perfection. : )

I am going to add descriptions to each photo on my hard drive, so I remember what they are in case of another memory loss!
