Davis Freeberg's SmartSets / Emeryville Property

We didn't get a chance to look inside this one, but it was on a street where everybody else seemed to be fixing up their homes. Kind of a rough neighborhood with a busy highway in front. Really large yard, but the building needed lots of work. From the street you could see evidence of fire damage.
