This place was missing its plumbing and needed new paint, but looked to be in pretty good shape otherwise. Bedrooms were super small and there was only one bath. Had a cool attic that you might be able to convert into an extra living area. Neighborhood was pretty tough, but it was right next door to a school. I don't remember there being any parking available.
