Note, it's Memorial Day. This takes place at a Memorial Day Ceremony.
While the people at the podium were speaking, this guy was loudly interrupting them. Constantly. At one point he yelled "WE DON'T CARE". Um. Yes, we do.
I had to move around a bit to get a shot of him through the crowd, but I had to, just to post his picture on the internet.
