The Rockies are very photogenic if you get good weather. On this trip we got quite a bit of low cloud, so a lot of photos didn't really work. This was the second time we drove up to the lake cos the first time was very dull. Oddly enough, the lake looked bluer when it was cloudy, as can be seen here.
