No, I don't think Lightroom can. I used Paint Shop Pro X2, using the magic wand selection tool on the leaves on the color version, and copied that to the b&w version. It's tedious to do, but not difficult. There may be an easier way... some sort of automated process, but I don't know what that would be.
Maybe after selecting the leaves just reverse the selection or select the floor instead of leaves and then make it b&w? I do so in GIMP, it works fine, and you won't need to care about setting it in right place after copying. And this is an awesome photo. Both this and original version.
