I had an amazing dinner here about a year ago. It was really late, like 11pm right as they were getting ready to close and the food was simply fantastic and the service quite good.

Interestingly enough that same weekend I also had dinner at Le Cirque and the other high end Japanese restaurant at the Bellagio which I can't remember the name of now -- both cost quite a bit more and paled in comparison to sensi.

yes, sensi has great service and wonderful food. i've been there a couple of times. i've never eaten at le cirque or shintaro though. all the restaurants at the bellagio are excellent. however, i'm dying to eat at picasso, i heard the food is amazing!

everytime i go to vegas i spend a lot more on dining than i do on gambling. ;-)
