Fireworks - taken on Night Mode	Bee on Pink Flower
Local fireworks display, for the holiday, prompted Carol to experiment with camera settings. This particular burst was taken on Night Mode and hand-held. Yes, Carol moved but thought it looked interesting anyway - almost like a flower in the nighttime skies - although the overall image quality not fully to liking. What made those days more interesting is that it also happened around July 4th - a government holiday. Apparently this escaped some New Jersey residents attention or they didn't realize the state lottery was operated by the state - hence why the store put up more than one sign about the impasse having them unable to sell lottery tickets. New Jersey State Temporarily Closed in 2006	I Know 'Cause the Sign Told Me So	Frozen Treats Debate
New Jersey's state government created a few interesting days for residents due to an impasse about the state's budget. What made those days more interesting is that it happened around July 4th - a government holiday. This notice, in the photograph, was shared at a local grocery store. Notice, in the newspaper clipping shared in the photo, that this impasse did not only affect gambling (lottery, casinos, horse racing, etc) but also driver license branches, courts, state parks, and much more.
