This young boy is using a camcorder to video tape a billboard alongside Cross Keys Road! Perhaps he is practicing so he could be asked to tape a Photowalking of Billboards for Robert Scoble's site? (Photograph taken in July 2006 in Borough of Berlin NJ and is not Public Domain or Creative Commons)(Edited in Paint Shop Pro - clarify, crop, resize, and saved at 72dpi)
