I tend to depending on lighting conditions and what I'm shooting. For macro I prefer to aim for ISO 100 which can make for a challenge when hand-holding. Especially if you aren't going for shooting wide open.
I looked at that 60mm too but decided to go for it with the 100mm. I've never regretted it. Not ever.
