This is nice... I need to work on my black and whites with the new camera. I haven't been as happy with them since I switched, but maybe it's just my choice of subjects...
Have you tried shooting in raw and changing to monochrome and processing from there? Some I set out knowing I want b&w but others I decide I like better once I see them.
