Well, I can drive, just never bothered to get a license. Not much fun driving here anyway, traffic jams all over the place every day: "Traffic jams can occur at any time of the day; however rush hour lasts from 6.00 am to 10.00 am and from 3.00 pm to 7.00 pm. Major bottlenecks can create traffic jams up to 20 kilometers in length." (wikipedia). That's what you get for living in one of the most densely populated areas in Europe. :P

I guess that does take the "fun" out of it! I probably wouldn't want to drive either. We too have traffic, but usually only bad for about an hour in the morning and an hour in the evening and I usually miss both...
