Anand Satyanand, the Governor-General (New Zealand's de-facto President) boards the naval frigate Te Mana to watch the regata. Protocol dictates that he boards the ship first before his wife can even step onto the gangplank (don't blame us, it's British). If you like my photography, please give me cred!
